There hasn't been much perception I've seen that the size of LegCo is really an issue, but it could come up. It could increase the potential for MLC minister numbers (although 2 MLC ministers would be perfectly reasonable with the current number of government MLCs, I would have though).<br /><br />Would/Should the Cabinet be expanded to 11 with parliamentary expansion?
